I don't really find a European site that focuses on age gap relationships. If you know one, please... :-)

Thanks for your comment, but to be honest, I am not planning on emigrating to the US. Unless I find the woman of my life, but how will I know if she is in America :-)
So, come back to England :-)

hi, Helena, n' hi there "Jag"! well, "Jag", I have to admit that U've never tryed to hide your oppinion... so even dispite the fact that we have ended up on the oposite side of discussion quite a few times, I'm glad to see that a year later, you are still around! *aaallright, let's get this place alive!;))) ok. on more serious note: Helena, I see that you've been complainin' that noone is writing... n' sure thing, the commentators are far and few between, but as I can see from this topic, now its at least 4 of us who have "signed in" in February. You, me, JAG, Venus. oh... and now I remember htat there was a topic somewhere here as well :))) ok, cocerning your writings about Europe... well... Helene, this site is exactly what we will make of it... and from what I can see European guys are far more eager to express them selfs in writing, than much larger number of american guys... and that is DESPITE the fact that english for many of us is third if not fourth language. (so yet, another point for EU-mates ;) Now, as for sponsors and immigration to USA. Helen, I have no idea how to brake it to you in a gentle way, so I guess I'll just say it. NOT everybody wants to live in America (USA). I know that for many americans its actionly hard to belive... But the truth is, I personally know quite a few americans who are trying to do evrything they can, to stay in EU (including searching for sponsors etc.). And one more little detail, that might change your preception just a liiittle bit. When it comes to standard of living, there are several countries in Europe, that USA is trailing, ANY way you measure it. GDP per capita, level of healthcare, unemployment, gender equality, life expectancy etc.etc.etc. Among the countries that are infront of USA are Luxemburg and Norway. (If it is necessary, you can always ask, I'll include a link to a financial statistics site, in my next message.) Sooo... with all that in mind... prehaps even this issue has two sides? ;=)

Helena that is'nt what all those yank blokes like Michael Douglas and most of the yank army in WW2, have said who've been happy enough to take British girls back over there with them over the years.The problem is that they don't like the competition when it's European blokes looking for yank girls.But if any European blokes say that they're looking for an older divorced woman over there,when we've got loads of old dumped wives going spare here,you know that they're probably lying.But there's not really much of an advantage to us in living over there as the standard of living and our health care etc is probably just as good here so it definitely would'nt be the motive of emigration in my case but I'm looking for an American girl just the same as I'm looking for a European one and I'd move over there for the right girl if she did'nt want to move here.
